VARIETAL COMPOSITION
93 % Syrah - 7% Viognier
From Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo and Barrancas, Maipú

TASTING NOTES
Ruby red color. Complex aromas of cherries and blueberries followed up by the subtle fragrance of apricot and white peach. On the palate it shows all of its potential; smooth, round, meaty and flavorful. Very good, ripe tannins, with a long and refined finish. This wine shows the characteristics typical of these two grape varieties, co-fermented to achieve synergy and give the wine complexity.
Ideal match for game dishes, slow-cooked meat dishes and every type of mushroom.

Temperature range has a determinant influence on grape cultivation and wine production. When it reaches 20° C (68° F) during the grapes’ ripening, it favors their development resulting in the production of unique and highly concentrated fruits of great oenological quality. The temperature range from a very special place in Agrelo defines the intese color concentration and complex aromas Viña Las Perdices obtains in its bivarietal "Las Perdices Syrah Viognier”
